Prime property agency Middleton Advisors has expanded its Estates & Special Projects division with a new hire.
Will Langmead has joined the firm after seven years with Strutt & Parker, specialising in the acquisition of farms and estates across the south of England. He will be working with Middleton’s Head of Estates & Special Projects Tom Hudson, sourcing significant houses and estates right across the country.
The business was founded by the ex-PV duo of Mark Parkinson and Tom Hudson in 2008, and has bases in London and Oxfordshire.
Will Langmead: “I am delighted to have joined Middleton Advisors’ Estates and Special Projects team. This new position presents a real opportunity to add value to new and existing clients both in the country and London. I believe that drawing on my seven years of management and sales in rural property will help clients achieve their objectives in what is currently a very tight market.”
Tom Hudson: “Will’s move is a natural progression, built on an existing relationship and understanding of Middleton’s methodology and insightful approach to this specialised area of the market.
“Typically, more than half the properties this team manages, change hands without ever coming to market, and so the combination of Will’s contacts, inside knowledge and experience will be invaluable to Middleton clients in the ever-changing landscape of farms and estates.
“The Estates & Special Projects department was set up in response to an increase in clients looking for larger houses and sporting estates over a broader geographic area than is currently covered by our country and London departments. As specialists in our respective fields, our dedicated team is now able to facilitate anything from purchasing, through to helping build teams on the ground, providing long term strategic advice on holding property for investment purposes, as well as offering guidance in relation to marketing prime property.”
