The Times, April 2016

8th April 2016

Adam Buxton of Middleton Advisors was quoted in The Times in April, ‘Any of the villages in the triangle between the Cheltenham race course, Northleach and Moreton-in-Marsh are well-placed to take advantage of race days,’ says Adam. ‘Cheltenham racecourse, particularly during the festival, rejuvenates interest in the Cotswolds from purchasers who happen to be down for a spot of racing.' He says many villages with a good pub, such as The Hollow Bottom in Guiting Power, can become overrun on race days and owners can make good money by renting out their homes during the festival.
